Explore Sonic Ascension
Created through a shared creative process between Dima Bosko and composer, multi-instrumentalist, and producer Patiño Vázquez, Sonic Ascension emerged through deep meditation, presence, and listening. The melodies, harmonies, and vocal expression of the ancient mantras arose organically through Dima, becoming the creative seeds from which each piece grew. Patiño cultivated those seeds into the rich musical landscapes you hear throughout the journey, weaving together live guitar, electric sitar, singing bowls, elemental percussion, birdsong, and a rich tapestry of acoustic and contemporary textures, bringing each piece to life with deep sensitivity and musical artistry.
Rather than a collection of songs, Sonic Ascension is a continuous journey…an invitation to slow down, breathe, move if your body wants to move, or simply listen.
These ancient mantras have been carried through generations because they point beyond words to something every human being already knows: the living silence from which every sound is born and to which every sound returns.
Whether you experience this journey through meditation, movement, contemplation, or simply while sitting with a cup of tea, our hope is that, somewhere along the way…you remember.
